Job summary

Northern Architectural Systems (NAS) is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead complex fenestration and facade projects in the Tristate area. You will plan, direct, and monitor all project aspects to ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.

Responsibilities include coordinating design, engineering, production, and sales teams, managing resources and risks, and maintaining clear client communication. A PMP is a plus; experience in manufacturing settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of project management experience as an Assistant PM or 1–2 years of experience as a PM, preferably in manufacturing or construction.
• Proficient in project management software tools such as Autodesk, Procore and MS Office Suite, primarily Excel and Outlook and MS Project.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and fabrication drawings and engineering calculations.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes for windows, doors, curtain wall, or storefront systems is a plus.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an advantage.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.

Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, directing, and managing all aspects of projects to ensure on time delivery, within scope, and budget. This role will involve liaising with clients, coordinating internal teams, managing resources, and ensuring quality standards. The Project Manager will play a critical role in the successful completion of projects, maintaining strong communication between stakeholders and driving continuous improvement in processes.
