Wythe Windows Inc in Ramsey, NJ is seeking a driven Project Manager to oversee windows and doors manufacturing projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

You will coordinate with production, engineering, and sales, manage schedules and budgets, review drawings, and serve as the main client contact to deliver on-time, on-budget results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in windows, doors, or building products manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of fenestration products, manufacturing processes, or construction industry standards.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, or similar tools).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and product specifications.
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for windows and door manufacturing orders, from initial scope to final delivery.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, and sales teams to ensure on-time and on-budget project completion.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, timelines, and milestone tracking.
