Job summary

Northern Architectural Systems (NAS) is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead planning, directing, and managing all aspects of projects to ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget. This role requires coordinating design, engineering, production, and sales teams while maintaining strong client communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of project management experience in manufacturing or construction.
• Proficiency with Autodesk, Procore, and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to read architectural and fabrication drawings.
• PMP certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and communicate detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including design, engineering, production, and sales to ensure project objectives are met.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to management and clients.
• Facilitate meetings and maintain clear documentation for all project activities.
