About The Role

The Data Center Project Manager is responsible for post-sales coordination, implementation, control, and completion of data center projects, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments, and goals of the organization.

What You’ll Do
  1. Plan and implement projects after sales completion.
  2. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, involving all relevant stakeholders.
  3. Define tasks and required resources, ensuring resource availability and allocation.
  4. Meet with key partners during production stages.
  5. Create project timelines and schedules.
  6. Track deliverables using appropriate tools and techniques.
  7. Support the data center engineering and sales team.
  8. Monitor and track project performance.
  9. Oversee production, delivery, and construction issues on site as required.
  10. Implement and manage change to meet project outputs.
  11. Evaluate and assess project results.
  12. Maintain awareness of individual contributions to quality, safety, environmental, and product compliance policies, reporting issues accordingly.
Additional Expectations
  • Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies, including the Kingspan Group Compliance Policy.
  • Ensure all duties related to product compliance adhere to policies, laws, regulations, and market demands.
  • Achieve compliance goals and report concerns through appropriate channels.
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in construction, manufacturing, or related industries preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent desired.
  • Experience with Agile project management is desired.
  • Knowledge of project management theories and practices preferred.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

  • Conflict resolution skills are a plus.
