Job description

About Wildpack

Wildpack is a rapidly growing and established co-packaging and co-manufacturing partner with multiple facilities, producing both non-alcoholic and alcoholic ready-to-drink beverages. We specialize in aluminum can decorating, beverage filling, and third-party logistics for brand owners across the retail CPG space. With a strong culture of inclusion, growth, and opportunity, Wildpack offers its team members exciting career paths and hands-on experience in a dynamic industry.

About The Role

The Manufacturing Project Manager (MPM) serves as the primary customer-facing representative onsite at Wildpack’s manufacturing facilities. This role ensures consistent, proactive communication with customers throughout their production journey — from onboarding through to final shipment. The MPM works cross-functionally with the Materials Resource Planning, Quality Assurance, and Production teams to prepare and execute successful production runs that meet both internal standards and customer expectations.

This role is ideal for someone with 4+ years of professional project management experience, strong organizational skills, and a customer-first mindset. The MPM plays a key role in improving project visibility, minimizing miscommunication, and supporting overall customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customer projects at the facility, ensuring seamless communication between Wildpack and brand partners.
  • Guide customers through production readiness by coordinating documentation, batching details, material deliveries, and scheduling.
  • Partner closely with internal teams to prepare each project for execution, ensuring all pre-production requirements are met.
  • Host customer onsite visits and facility tours, ensuring a professional and informative experience that aligns with Wildpack’s service standards.
  • Track and communicate production progress, proactively address changes to timelines or scope with the customer.
  • Support the resolution of issues that may arise during production by facilitating collaboration with subject matter experts in Quality, Procurement, and Operations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on customer projects using internal systems and tools.
  • Provide post-production follow-up to confirm delivery, review outcomes, and gather feedback to improve future experiences.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a manufacturing, production, or CPG environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and follow-through skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to interact professionally with both internal teams and external clients.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing environment where priorities shift quickly.
  • Proficiency in project tracking tools, CRMs, Microsoft Office, and/or ERP systems (Odoo experience is a plus).
  • A proactive problem-solver who can anticipate needs and work independently when required.
  • Passion for delivering excellent service and building long-term customer relationships.

What Success Looks Like

  • High levels of customer satisfaction and engagement throughout the production lifecycle.
  • Improved coordination and communication between customers and internal teams.
  • Increased production readiness and fewer last-minute escalations or delays.
  • Contribution to long-term customer retention through professional, attentive, and solutions-oriented support.
