Arthur Financial seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead business change initiatives within a regulated environment. Based in Manchester, the role offers hybrid working 2-3 days per week and exposure to senior stakeholders across multiple domains.

You will own end-to-end delivery from inception to benefits realisation, coordinating across business, operations and technology teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering business transformation projects within Insurance or Financial Services.
• End-to-end project management across the full project lifecycle.
• Strong governance, RAID management and delivery controls.
• Experience working across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Budget management and benefits realisation experience.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Our client is investing heavily in transformation and is seeking a Project Manager to join a growing Change function responsible for delivering strategic initiatives across multiple business areas. This is an opportunity to lead projects from inception through to delivery, working closely with senior stakeholders, subject matter experts, technology teams and external partners to ensure successful outcomes.
