Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex, high-value projects from initiation through to completion. Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning, governance and delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards.
• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, dependencies and resource requirements in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk registers, budgets and reporting dashboards.
• Identify, assess and manage risks, issues and changes, escalating matters appropriately and implementing effective mitigation plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, suppliers and third-party partners to ensure clear accountability and effective delivery.
• Provide concise and accurate progress updates to senior leadership, including financial performance, benefits realisation and delivery status.
• Facilitate workshops, steering groups and project meetings, ensuring actions are clearly recorded and followed through.
• Promote continuous improvement by reviewing project performance, capturing lessons learned and sharing best practice.

About you

You will have substantial experience managing complex projects, ideally within a regulated, technical or transformation-focused environment. A proven track record of delivering projects involving multiple stakeholders, significant budgets and organisational change is essential.

You should be confident working with recognised project management methodologies and tools, with strong skills in planning, financial control, risk management and reporting. A formal project management qualification, such as PRINCE2, AgilePM or equivalent, would be advantageous.
