HAHN Automation Group US, Inc. sucht eine erfahrene Projektmanagerin bzw. einen erfahrenen Projektmanager zur Steuerung von Industrieautomationsprojekten in den USA. Sie leiten Initiierung, Planung, Umsetzung und Abschluss, koordinieren interne Teams und Kundenkontakte.

Sie behalten Budget, Termine und Ressourcen im Blick, führen Change Orders durch und sichern die Profitabilität. Flexibilität für Überstunden und Reisebereitschaft runden das Profil ab.

Qualifications

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration
3-5+ years of project or account management experience from within a technical equipment manufacturer
Starke Planungs-, Organisations- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Präsentations- und Führungsfähigkeiten
Risikomanagement und Budgetberichterstattung
Flexibilität, zusätzlich Stunden zu arbeiten, um Projektanforderungen zu erfüllen

Deine Aufgaben

Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring milestones, quality standards and agreed objectives are met
Monitor budget (target vs. actual), manage change orders, ensure financial transparency and profitability contribution
Plan and control timelines, capacities and resource allocation across project lifecycle in alignment with the functional department management
Steer customer communication and manage internal/external stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction
Lead interdisciplinary teams (functional, not disciplinary), align interfaces, support performance reviews and employee development
Ensure process adherence, occupational safety and contribute to continuous improvement and portfolio development

Dein Profil

Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience: 3-5+ years of project or account management experience from within a technical equipment manufacturer

Additional skills:

Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects of various durations and complexity, simultaneously, in an environment where priorities are constantly changing
Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate project teams in order to achieve project and overall corporate goals
Strong customer service mindset, considering customer needs and concerns in decision-making
Experience tracking and reporting on project financial management and budget
Mechanical aptitude and understanding of machine design to manage the development of complex equipment in a timely fashion
Ability to identify, communicate, and manage project risks (technical, budget, schedule) in order to ensure project goals are met
Ability to maintain positive relationships with project stakeholders, both internal and external, to foster collaboration and support
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Project Management Software, and familiarity with 3D design software—SolidWorks preferred

Flexibility to work additional hours as needed to meet project requirements

PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS

Full body mobility with the ability to bend, stoop, climb, and lift or move 25 lbs. of weight
The ability to walk within restricted areas of the company manufacturing plant
Professional conduct in regards to hygiene and dress
The ability to read and prepare business documents as well as conduct business over the telephone in a sometimes-loud environment
The ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
The ability to travel to customer, supplier, and/or inter-company sites via vehicle or airplane (both domestic and international)
Valid driver’s license with driving record of acceptable risk as defined by HAHN Automation Group US’s insurance company
Must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States now and in the future without employment visa sponsorship
