Project Manager

Where we need you

General Description

• Manage the full project lifecycle from project order to post‑SOP closure.
• Ensure project delivery in terms of timing, cost, and quality.
• Develop, maintain, and update project plans and reports.
• Lead communication with customers, internal teams, and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Coordinate and lead cross‑functional (matrix) project teams.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks in accordance with RA procedures and RAMP guidelines.
• Track open points and ensure timely resolution.
• Lead customer meetings, including critical discussions and negotiations.
• Drive project optimization through change management.
• Capture and apply lessons learned.
• Ensure successful project handover to plant operations.

How to convince us

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred (or equivalent work experience)
• 5+ years of experience in a similar Project Management role.
• Experience in the automotive industry, preferably working with OEM customers.
• Strong background in injection molding processes and plastic materials.
