MPI is seeking a Senior Project Manager in St. Louis, MO for luxury multifamily projects, leading all construction activity and project planning. The role requires 5–8+ years of PM experience and a degree in construction management, with a proven track record on $20M+ projects.

They are in continual growth mode and are in need of a Project Manager to help support this growth in the local area. Their project work consists of luxury Multifamily projects with apartment complexes and townhomes. Responsibilities of the Project Manager will include the following:

• Responsible for leading all construction activity and project planning.

Profile
