Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management or equivalent in the security/construction field.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specs and contracts.
• Proficient with MS Office and project-management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from turnover through closeout, coordinating field teams and subcontractors.
• Develop schedules, monitor costs, and manage change orders to protect margin.
• Communicate with customers, General Contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure safety, quality, and on-time project delivery.
