Job summary

TYG is seeking a Project Manager with hands-on experience delivering live, operational data centre expansions, retrofits, and upgrades. You will oversee activities within active facilities, coordinate with operations teams to maintain uptime and safety, enforce MOPs, and manage subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and quality on fast-paced projects.

This role requires travel as needed, a track record in critical environment risk mitigation, and leadership and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a PM on live/operational data centre projects.
• Strong understanding of critical environment protocols and risk mitigation in occupied facilities.
• Track record managing large-scale commercial or mission-critical construction projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel as required for project needs.

Compensation & Package:

• Plus a 20% travel package on top of base salary
• Paid per diem for project-related travel

About the Role:

You’ll be working on expansions, retrofits, and upgrades on live, operational data centres, which requires a distinct skill set from ground-up builds. This includes:

• Managing construction activities within active, mission-critical facilities
• Coordinating closely with facility operations teams to maintain uptime and safety
• Enforcing strict MOPs (Methods of Procedure) and change management protocols
• Overseeing subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and quality control on complex, fast-paced projects
• Ensuring compliance with critical facility safety standards throughout construction
