Location: Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD

This position is contingent upon ACI’s successful award of the associated government contract.

Augustine Consulting, Inc. is a Woman‑Owned Small Business professional services provider of engineering and technical services to the United States Government. We seek an experienced, self‑starting Project Manager to serve as a part of the Company’s Government Program team, which supports CPE ISW for IEW&S HQs SETA.

Duty Description And Responsibilities
  • Communicate complex technologies and program challenges to senior leadership
  • Conduct forums with senior leaders to independently review program technologies
  • Create project plans that include tasks, milestones and timelines
  • Identify and find solutions for potential risks, such as budget constraints or supplier delays
  • Develop strategic plans for project execution and delivery, taking into account project scope, resources, timelines, and other constraints
  • Manage and lead project teams, fostering an environment of teamwork and collaboration
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring their work aligns with project plans and specifications

Required Qualifications
  • Due to the sensitive nature of this work, a Department of War security clearance is required. All applicants must provide proof of U.S. Citizenship
  • Must possess or have the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field and 14 years of experience, or
  • Master’s degree in business or a related field and 7 years of experience
  • Prior DOW project manager experience
  • Must have the ability to communicate both written and oral with executive management to ensure program related issues are addressed
  • Must have a thorough understanding of operating a computer, which includes Microsoft Office 365 Suite of applications
  • Excellent critical thinking and analytic skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft suite of products
Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) are an asset
