Job Description

This position is contingent upon ACI’s successful award of the associated government contract. All prospective applicants will be contacted to discuss contract timelines, the hiring process, and award progress. ACI is a Woman‑Owned Small Business that provides engineering and technical services to the United States Government. We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to serve as part of ACI’s Government Programs Team, supporting CPE ISW for IEW&S HQs SETA.

Responsibilities
  • Work with program leadership to ensure successful execution of daily operations tasks.
  • Perform various manpower functions, including assessing, analyzing, and advising on manpower programs and functions.
  • Review and implement command plans, concept plans, manpower surveys, Table of Distribution and Allowances (TDA), Table 30, manpower reports, and civilian, contractor, and matrix personnel management.
  • Supervise and support administrative staff, including hiring, scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve workflow and compliance.
  • Oversee records‑management processes and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Required Qualifications
  • Department of War security clearance required; all applicants must provide proof of U.S. citizenship.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain a Secret security clearance.
  • High school diploma and 14 years of relevant experience, OR
  • Associate’s degree and 12 years of relevant experience, OR
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and five years of relevant experience, OR
  • Master’s degree in a related field and no experience.
  • Proven experience in administrative management.
  • Strong leadership and team‑management skills, able to motivate, coach, and develop staff.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and administrative software.
  • Knowledge of administrative processes, procedures, and best practices.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing priorities and deadlines effectively.
