Hive + Co. is seeking a Project Manager in the Global Business Services group to lead end-to-end delivery of cross-functional projects in a matrixed environment across business, technology, and shared services teams.

You will partner with the PMO Director and senior leaders to translate objectives into actionable delivery plans, drive adoption, and contribute to portfolio reporting and governance. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of PM experience are required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of applicable project management experience.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management, including senior leaders.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and prioritize work.
  • Ability to leverage AI to improve efficiency and insights.
  • Familiarity with PMO governance standards.
  • PMP certification a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of projects from initiation through close, ensuring alignment to scope, schedule, and quality expectations.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution.
  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate objectives into actionable delivery plans.
  • Proactively identify risks and tradeoffs, escalating with insights and recommendations as appropriate.
  • Ensure adherence to PMO governance standards, tools, and reporting expectations.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support organizational readiness and adoption by identifying change impacts, risks, and communication needs.
  • Communicate project status, insights, and outcomes clearly to diverse audiences, including senior leadership.
  • Provide coordination support across related initiatives, including dependency tracking and milestone alignment.
  • Contribute to portfolio‑level reporting, dashboards, and executive summaries.
  • Support PMO governance forums, planning activities, and operational cadence.
  • Operate effectively within a matrixed environment, influencing outcomes without direct authority.
  • Foster strong working relationships across Global Business Services, Technology, Finance, Procurement, and external partners as needed.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and delivery excellence.

This role combines end‑to‑end project management with change enablement and program coordination support, operating within a matrixed environment across business, technology, and shared services teams. The Project Manager is accountable for driving execution, stakeholder alignment, and adoption outcomes while also contributing to PMO‑level visibility, governance, and continuous improvement.

Duties and Responsibilities

Job requirements
Education Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.

Experience Requirement

5+ years of applicable experience

Required
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior leaders
  • Proven ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize work, and drive outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and apply new tools and platforms
  • Ability to leverage AI capabilities to improve efficiency, insights, and user experience.
Preferred
  • Demonstrated experience managing cross‑functional initiatives
  • Experience supporting business transformation, operational change, or shared services initiatives
  • Experience contributing to portfolio or program‑level coordination or reporting
  • Familiarity with formal project management methodologies and industry standard PMO governance practices
  • PMP certification a plus
WORKING ENVIRONMENT

General Office (includes Remote work) – Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc.
