InOutsource is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Project Management team and serve as a trusted advisor to our clients while driving successful project delivery for complex engagements.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM experience, strong stakeholder communication skills, and a proven track record of managing initiatives from initiation through delivery across cross‑functional teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• PMP certification or equivalent training.
• PROSCI Change Management certification or equivalent training.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience managing projects valued at $500k+.
• ADKAR change management experience.
• Strong stakeholder and client-facing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for professional services engagements, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Serve as the primary client liaison, building relationships and maintaining regular communication on status, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with timelines, resource allocation, deliverables, and success metrics.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into actionable deliverables and user stories.
• Lead change management initiatives to ensure adoption of new processes, systems, and organizational changes.
• Conduct business analysis to identify process improvements and efficiency gains.
• Manage project risks and issues with mitigation strategies and escalation as needed.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources for alignment throughout the lifecycle.
• Create and maintain project documentation including charters, status reports, and lessons learned.
• Monitor budgets, track actuals versus forecasts, and provide financial reporting to leadership.
• Facilitate project meetings including kickoffs, status reviews, steering committees, and retrospectives.
• Ensure adherence to organizational project management standards and best practices.
