Flowserve Corporation seeks a Project Manager to plan, direct, and ensure the successful outcome of projects using assigned teams and Flowserve standards and tools. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to report progress and ensure compliance with technical specifications and project terms.

The role emphasizes ownership, customer relationship excellence, change control, and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years of project management experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own total project execution, performance, and safety from initiation to completion.
• Drive customer relationships and meet/exceed performance expectations.
• Ensure a clean order before work and manage scope/cost via change control.
• Coordinate activities of all matrix reports for the project.
• Manage spending expectations for each assigned project.
• Communicate milestones and status, escalate issues as needed.
• Utilize MS Office for reporting and documentation.
• Other duties as assigned.
