Responsibilities

• Managing all aspects of construction projects, including budgets, schedules, contracts, and project execution.
• Building and maintaining trusted relationships with clients, general contractors, vendors, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Collaborating with project and site-based team to ensure project success.
• Leading, mentoring, and developing project management staff.
• Monitoring project costs, forecasts, cash flow, and monthly Work-in-Progress reports.
• Reviewing drawings and specifications to identify opportunities for value engineering and project improvements.
• Coordinating procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

A client of ours that specialises in delivering exceptional projects from preconstruction through final completion and post-project support, is currently looking for an enthusiastic Project Manager to join the team.

Their expertise spans new construction and renovation projects, providing design-build, design-assist, and value engineering across Data Center, biotech, healthcare, commercial, transportation, technology sectors.

As a Project Manager you'll oversee multiple projects from kick-off to closeout while leading project teams and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Your responsibilities will include:
