Job summary

Fairbanks Morse Defense is seeking a Project Manager to lead a cross-functional team on a major Pascagoula manufacturing facility initiative. You will coordinate installation, testing, and commissioning of capital equipment while reporting on KPIs, budgets, and milestones.

You will develop technical documentation, routings, and process improvements, ensuring safety, compliance, and alignment with DoD manufacturing standards.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor degree in engineering or manufacturing with related project management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams on complex manufacturing projects.
• Willing to obtain DoD clearance and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a cross-functional team to deliver a new manufacturing facility.
• Coordinate site acceptance tests for large machine tools and capital equipment.
• Monitor KPIs, budget vs. forecast, and risk management.
• Develop technical documentation, control plans, and process flow diagrams.
• Ensure HSE standards are prioritized in all site activities.
