Qualifications

• Associate degree or CNC Certification required or preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Experience with precision measurement tools and basic shop mathematics.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate multi-axis CNC mills and lathes.
• Interpret blueprints and assembly drawings per specifications.
• Select tooling and verify machine parameters for complex geometries.
• Perform quality checks with micrometers, calipers, and CMM as required.
• Maintain safe, clean work area per DoD standards.
• Document production and quality logs and work with team to resolve issues.
