Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects from initial planning through production, installation, and final delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer and vendor communications.
• Lead pre- and post-project meetings with production teams for projects of varying sizes.
• Coordinate project schedules, equipment rentals, outsourced purchases, and installation activities.
• Provide support to production teams and ensure project requirements are communicated across departments.
• Monitor progress, identify challenges, and implement solutions to keep projects on schedule.
• Conduct follow-up meetings after project completion to identify improvements.
