Job summary

ARC Document Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee large-format printing and graphics projects from consultation through installation. You will coordinate timelines, resources, and client communications to ensure on-schedule, on-scope delivery and outstanding client satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with hands-on involvement in production planning and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of project management experience in related industries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project coordination, scheduling, and installation planning.
• Determine production centers and routing for projects.
• Lead pre- and post-installation meetings for large-scale rollouts.
• Calculate project costs and assist with sourcing and vendor selection.
• Communicate with clients, sales, production, and vendors throughout the lifecycle.
• Monitor costs and industry pricing to maintain competitive pricing.
• Support field operations and installations when needed.
