Job summary

ARC Document Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager in Philadelphia to oversee large-format printing and graphics projects from consultation through installation. You will coordinate timelines, resources, production requirements, and client communications to ensure on-time delivery within scope and to client specifications.

You will serve as the main liaison among customers, sales teams, production staff, and vendors, ensuring effective collaboration and successful project

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of project management experience in large-format printing, graphics, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of large-format color printing, finishing techniques, substrates, and materials.
• Understanding of project scope management and coordination with multiple trades and stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project coordination, scheduling, installation planning, and research activities.
• Determine appropriate production centers and routing methods to complete projects per specifications.
• Lead pre-installation and post-installation meetings for large-scale rollout projects.
• Calculate project costs and assist with product sourcing and vendor selection.
• Maintain ongoing communication with sales, production, operations, vendors, and customers.
