Job summary

ARC Document Solutions in Orlando is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee large-format printing and graphics projects from consultation through installation. This role coordinates project timelines, resources, and communications to ensure on-time delivery, within scope, and to client specifications.

The Project Manager serves as the liaison between clients, sales teams, production staff, and vendors to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of project management experience in large-format printing, digital printing, graphics, signage, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of large-format color printing, finishing techniques, substrates, and materials.
• Understanding of project scope management and coordination with multiple trades and stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-motivated problem solver with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel.
• Solid mathematical aptitude, including the ability to perform calculations involving measurements, fractions, multiplication, and division.
• Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project scheduling, timelines, and installation planning.
• Determine production centers and routing methods for projects.
• Lead pre- and post-installation meetings for large-scale rollouts.
• Calculate project costs and assist with sourcing and vendor selection.
• Recommend materials and production methods for RFQs.
• Maintain consultative partnerships with clients and sales reps.
• Monitor material costs and pricing trends for competitive pricing.
• Review bid invitations and project specs to determine requirements.
• Communicate with sales, production, operations, vendors, and customers throughout the project.
• Assist with installations and support field operations as needed.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
