Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead our operations team in delivering landscaping services per contract, on budget, and on schedule. You will coordinate cost reporting, change orders, and client communications to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The role requires 3+ years in construction/landscaping, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office and project management tools. Travel and on-site coordination are expected as part of site supervision.

Qualifications

• BA in Landscape Architecture, Construction Science, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction/landscaping industry with extensive field/build experience.
• Proficient with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook), scheduling, project management, and digitizing software.
• Strong work ethic and effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service experience and ability to uncover customer needs.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work well with the operations team to ensure services are delivered per contract, budget, schedule, and quality.
• Manage cost reports, analyze budget variances, and review labor quantities for accurate tracking.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly job billings.
• Assist in preparing change orders and coordinate receivables with management.
• Serve as main contact and trusted advisor to the customer on project installation issues.
• Gather and analyze customer needs and build strong relationships with solutions.
• Provide customers with clear information about products and services.
• Ensure all jobs are completed per plans, on budget, and on schedule.
• Deliver timely reports, financials, schedules, and budgets.
• Inspect field work, analyze problems, and resolve them.
• Collaborate to convert construction projects to long-term maintenance contracts.
• Manage monthly costs to complete reports and backlog forecasts.
