Job summary

Bohler Engineering Group in Tampa, FL is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex land development projects from concept to completion. You will manage design, permitting, scheduling, and budgeting while serving as the primary client contact and guiding internal teams.

You will mentor Assistant Project Managers, oversee contracts and invoicing, and collaborate with leadership on business development, ensuring project quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years of civil/site design and permitting experience in land development.
• Proven success in managing project delivery and client relationships.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience overseeing budgets, contracts, and staff development.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and stormwater design software.
• PE license preferred.

• Manage all aspects of project delivery, including design, permitting, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Serve as the primary client contact and ensure expectations are met through clear communication and proactive leadership.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Assistant Project Managers and technical staff.
