We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join McAdams and help expand our Civil Engineering department. This individual will work with other engineers to develop overall layouts and original designs.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• Practical experience and knowledge of civil engineering disciplines
• Experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D for grading, drainage, and stormwater management in land development projects
• Knowledge of stormwater and erosion control regulations and requirements
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Experience supporting business development, marketing, presentations, interviews, and client management
• Development of project scopes, programming, and fee proposals

Minimum Requirements

• B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• 7-10 years of relevant experience
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in North Carolina
• Project management experience
• Experience in residential and commercial design
