Project Manager – Land Development

Dewberry is seeking a Project Manager to manage multi‑disciplined land development design projects and assist the department manager in client relationship management, development of new clients and opportunities, and staffing coordination.

Required Skills & Experience

• Thorough understanding of land development design, permitting, and approval processes in NJ and a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Driving is required, with a clean driving record.

Salary Range

• Parsippany, NJ: $118,825 – $152,775
• Mount Laurel, NJ: $116,463 – $149,738

Depending on location, skills, experience, and market conditions, the range may vary slightly. We will provide required pay transparency information to candidates in applicable states during the interview process.
