The candidate will oversee proposal preparation, site planning, regulatory coordination, and project scheduling and budgeting, with emphasis on delivering on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering required.
• 10–15 years of directly related experience and NJ PE licensure.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to lead multi-disciplined teams and build client relationships.
• Thorough understanding of land development design, permitting and NJ processes.
• Driving is required with a clean driving record.
