Job summary

Bohler is seeking a Project Manager in the South Florida area to oversee complex land development projects from concept to completion. You will manage design, permitting, scheduling, and budgeting while serving as the primary client contact and leading internal teams.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree, 10+ years of experience, and strong leadership, communication, and budgeting skills. PE license is preferred and the position is based in Boca Raton/West Palm Beach with a local project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years of civil/site design and permitting experience in land development.
• Proven success in managing project delivery and client relationships.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience overseeing budgets, contracts, and staff development.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and stormwater design software.
• PE license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project delivery, including design, permitting, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Serve as the primary client contact and ensure expectations are met through clear communication and proactive leadership.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Assistant Project Managers and technical staff.
• Oversee financial performance, including contracts, invoicing, and change management.
• Present at public hearings, client meetings, and community sessions as needed.
• Collaborate with firm leadership on business development and account growth.
• Promote quality control, innovation, and continuous improvement within your team.
