Job summary

Dashdoc seeks a Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementations for Dutch-speaking key accounts from the Benelux region. You will work inside the Customer Success team and partner with Dashdoc teams to ensure successful deployments in clients’ IT environments.

You’ll coordinate with Sales, Product, and Tech, travel to client sites in Belgium and the Netherlands, and help grow Dashdoc’s presence in the Benelux market. Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.

Qualifications

• Native Dutch speaker with ability to work in English daily.
• 5+ years of experience in transport, logistics, or related industries.
• Strong client management skills and ability to manage end-to-end projects.
• Willingness to travel to client sites in Belgium/Netherlands roughly weekly.
• Experience with complex software tools (TMS, ERP, CRM, WMS) is a plus.

This role is based at the Paris office.

As Project Manager for dutch speaking Key accounts, working within the Customer Success team and in close collaboration with all Dashdoc teams, you’ll manage projects end to end. You’ll ensure the successful implementation of Dashdoc within your clients’ human and IT environments, and support the sales team on complex deals.

Goals

• Own the end-to-end implementation of Dashdoc for our customers based in Belgium (Flanders) and in the Netherlands: ensure project success from initial training through to full deployment

• Work with the technical integrations team to make sure Dashdoc is properly integrated into your clients’ IT ecosystem

• Deliver the best user experience and client relationship, acting as the central point of contact across Sales, Product, and Tech

• Drive growth opportunities by understanding client needs and supporting them accordingly

• Help make Dashdoc the best tool on the market by gathering client feedback and contributing to internal process improvements

• Contribute to our growth on the Benelux market
