We are seeking a driven and adaptable Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the crucial link between planning, field execution, and successful project delivery. Whether you are an emerging professional with a solid foundation in construction or a seasoned expert in mechanical systems, you will play a critical role in driving projects from the initial hand-off to final closeout.

You will manage the financial health, material flow, and overall progress of complex mechanical projects, acting as a key partner to our site superintendents and a trusted advisor to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Manage full-cycle mechanical projects, including HVAC, piping, plumbing, and sheet metal, ensuring completion on time and within the established budget.
• Site Coordination: Partner closely with site superintendents to communicate project demands, ensure awareness of timelines, coordinate workforce needs, and optimize the use of tools and equipment.
• Financial & Resource Tracking: Maintain organized systems to track overall project costs against the budget, approve materials, and expedite bulk ordering and deliveries to the job site.
• Client Relations & Business Development: Serve as a company ambassador to existing and potential clients. Foster strong relationships with project owners, architects, and engineers to ensure a thorough understanding of the project and secure repeat business.
• Problem Solving: Proactively assess potential delays or site challenges, implementing creative and cost-effective solutions to keep projects on track.
• Design/Assist & Value Engineering: Collaborate in the design/assist process by reviewing documents, providing equipment comparisons, and offering value engineering suggestions so the team has the information needed to make informed decisions as the design process evolves.
• General Contracting (Select Projects): Act as the General Contractor on specific projects, assuming duties that include coordinating and executing multiple trades to ensure seamless project delivery.
