LR-Associates, LLC (LRA) is seeking a Project Manager to support the Dayton VA Medical Center in Dayton, OH. The Project Manager will have full authority to act for the contractor on all contract matters relating to daily operations, planning, directing and controlling the overall management of this contract.

The role requires strong facilities maintenance and management experience, with leadership of large programs and a valid US driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years experience in facilities maintenance and management.
• Minimum of 5 years which must be supervisory experience managing a large programs.
• Must have a valid US driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and control the daily operations of this contract.
• Provide the necessary level of management and administrative oversight to achieve customer requirements.
• Available during normal hours of operation to support contract needs.

LR Associates, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to support the Dayton VA Medical Center in Dayton, OH. The Project Manager shall be available during normal hours of operation to plan, direct, and control the overall management and operational functions specified herein. The Project Manager shall provide the necessary level of management and administrative oversight to achieve customer requirements.
