Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing large complex teams in Environmental-Hospital Services, with sanitation focus.
• Last 2 years must be in a hospital or other accredited healthcare facility.

Responsibilities

• Supervise janitorial personnel in a professional environment; assign duties, inspect work, and address complaints of janitorial services.
• May purchase janitorial supplies, manage stock levels, train new employees, and recommend disciplinary actions.
• Oversee cleaning schedules and requirements across multiple shifts (Mon-Fri, 7:00–15:30 or 15:00–23:30).
