Job summary

Malin is seeking a Project Manager to lead large conveyor and material handling system projects within our Systems Department. You will organize projects from customer order through installation, coordinating sub-contractors, vendors, and logistics to keep milestones on track.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in project management for related systems, strong communication, and a track record of delivering on time within budget. Willingness to travel nationwide up to 75% is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience as a Project Manager for material handling systems or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication and time-management skills.
• Willingness to travel nationwide (up to 75%).

Responsibilities

• Organize the project from order to installation and implementation.
• Schedule sub-contractors and coordinate with vendors and freight companies.
• Establish and manage relationships with customers and suppliers; obtain approvals.
• Procure bids when needed; manage project changes.
• Travel for site visits to review progress and report to management.
