Walbec Group is seeking a Project Manager summer 2027 internship in Green Bay, WI. You will assist with scheduling, budgeting, and progress reporting while coordinating with construction managers, subcontractors, and vendors on active Midwest projects.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, are self-starters, and have strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist with project scheduling, coordination, budgets, progress reports, and weekly project schedules.
• Support quantity reporting, cost tracking, labor budgets, and material scheduling.
• Communicate with Construction Managers, subcontractors, and vendors to obtain project updates.
• Assist with material requisitions, project documentation, and general project administration.
• Participate in jobsite visits and observe construction activities, progress, and quality.
• Assist with addressing project delays, weather impacts, and other jobsite challenges.
• Support site safety efforts and participate in owner, subcontractor, and project meetings.
• Assist with quality control and building positive relationships with customers, subcontractors, and project team members.

The Position:
