Job summary

Walbec Group invites a General Contracting Project Manager Summer 2027 Internship to join our Midwest construction teams. You will assist with project scheduling, coordination, budgets, progress reports, and weekly schedules while learning how to manage quantities, costs, and materials.

Responsibilities include communicating with Construction Managers, subcontractors, and vendors; participating in jobsite visits; addressing delays and weather impacts; supporting site safety and meetings; and

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Assist with addressing project delays, weather impacts, and other jobsite challenges.
• Support site safety efforts and participate in owner, subcontractor, and project meetings.
• Assist with quality control and building positive relationships with customers, subcontractors, and project team members.
