Job summary

Aleron is seeking a Project Manager Internal in Cary, NC for a 12-month contract. You will coordinate and schedule Evolve upgrades, manage milestones, and align work with contractual commitments.

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, oversee multiple revisions, and present progress updates to leadership. A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in project coordination are required, with SAP knowledge a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, scheduling, or operations.
• Experience coordinating upgrade projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule Evolve upgrades in alignment with contractual obligations, revenue projections, and assigned due dates.
• Manage project milestones, proactively addressing scheduling requirements, customer commitments, and other actions needed to maintain project timelines.
• Oversee multiple Evolve revisions and projects simultaneously while tracking progress and priorities.
• Research, document, and present project updates, progress reports, and recommended actions to key stakeholders.
• Respond to internal and external customer inquiries through the Updates Management Team mailbox and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve requests.

Job Requirements

• 2+years of experience in project coordination, project administration, scheduling, operations.
