Job summary

Allegiance Group is seeking two experienced Project Managers with a strong background in institutional renovation projects within active or occupied buildings for major projects across Miami-Dade, one based in Plantation and another in Kendall.

The roles require leadership in project management and contract administration, coordinating with the Superintendent, Project Engineer, accounting team, owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of project management experience in commercial/institutional construction.
• Experience managing institutional renovations in active or occupied buildings.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration, RFIs, change orders, billings, and scheduling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to coordinate multiple project stakeholders.
• Must reside within approximately 45 minutes of Plantation under average traffic conditions.

Responsibilities

• Manage all project contract administration and documentation.
• Oversee processing of billings, RFIs, change orders, and project correspondence.
• Lead Owner/Architect/Contractor meetings and maintain effective communication with all parties.
• Coordinate regulatory requirements, inspections, and documentation through to Certificate of Occupancy.
• Manage project schedules, incorporating input from field operations, procurement, and regulatory tracking.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address potential delays or issues.
• Coordinate closely with the Superintendent and Project Engineer to ensure successful project execution.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
• Assist with project closeout and ensure all required documentation is completed.

Up To $160,000 DOE

We are looking for two experienced Project Managers with a strong background in institutional renovation projects within active/occupied buildings for major projects across Miami-Dade, one based in plantation and another in Kendall.

The successful candidate will take the lead on project management and contract administration, working closely with the Superintendent, Project Engineer, Accounting team, owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors.
