Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Proven experience managing institutional renovation projects within active, occupied buildings.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong financial management and cost-control skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Contract administration across the project lifecycle including billing and change orders.
• Lead Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate regulatory requirements, inspections, and permit documentation.
• Develop and manage project schedules with cross-functional input.
• Monitor budgets, procurement, and long-lead items to support milestones.
• Provide leadership to the project team and drive continuous process improvement.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and closeout readiness.
