Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of project management experience in commercial or institutional construction.
• Background in ground-up commercial or institutional projects is required.
• Experience coordinating with clients, subcontractors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of select ground-up projects from inception to completion.
• Plan, schedule, and manage budgets, trades, and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met on time.

Job description

Our client is General Contractor based in Miami, set up almost 10 years ago by two seasoned professionals of the Miami construction industry. They specialize in commercial and institutional ground up construction and are looking to add to their Project Management team.

The Projects

They have a long-standing relationship with some of Miami's most respected institutions, including work with the University of Miami, spanning hospital renovations, operating suite upgrades, emergency department expansions, and campus building renovations. Their portfolio also includes industrial, educational, hospitality and senior living projects

The Position

They're looking for a Project Manager to join the team and take charge of some of their exciting projects. A background in ground up commercial and/or institutional construction as well as 5+ years experience is a must.
