Job summary

Royal Electric Company is seeking a Project Manager to support infrastructure projects in Dallas or Austin, TX. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage design to close-out processes.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of experience, proficiency with common PM tools, and willingness to travel out of state for project assignments. We offer competitive wages and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with at least 5 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of technical training and related experience.
• Must understand the entire construction process from design to project close-out; including bid analysis, budgeting, writing scopes of work, document interpretation, design-build and negotiated projects.
• Read and understand plans and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize, complete tasks, and address issues in a timely manner.
• Ability to effectively delegate tasks to project team.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Accubid, PlanGrid, and ProCore.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relations with customers, vendors and subcontractors.
• Able to work with a team and independently.
• Willingness to travel out of state for Infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage infrastructure projects from design through close-out.
• Read and interpret plans and specifications to guide execution.
• Lead project teams, manage scope, schedule, and budget to keep projects on track.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless delivery.
• Travel as needed to project sites and collaborate across multiple locations.

Requirements

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Ability and willingness to travel out of state to support Infrastructure projects.
• Must be eligible to pass airport badging process.
• Valid Driver\’s license.

Salary Range

• $100,000/Year - $130,000/Year
• This is an exempt position.
