Job summary

BlueGistics ищет опытного менеджера проектов для ведения внедрений и координации межфункциональных команд в проектах по транспортным системам Blue Yonder. Требуется минимум 5 лет опыта, умение управлять сроками, бюджетами и отношениями с клиентами.

Кандидат будет работать с заказчиками, архитекторами и командами разработки, держать под контролем план проекта, риски и зависимости, обеспечивая своевременную поставку и качество решений.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

The company has a young, motivated, and committed team, with a strong strategic vision and deep specialist knowledge in the functional and technical implementation of Blue Yonder transport solutions. We are looking for a Project Manager with at least 5 years of project management experience, able to take responsibility for delivery, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and maintain a smooth relationship with the client.

• Define and maintain the project plan, including scope, deliverables, milestones, resources, dependencies, and key dates. Review the objectives, assumptions, and contractual commitments at the start of the project, clarifying any aspect that could affect delivery. Coordinate the planning of the functional and technical teams together with the Solution Architect and the leads of each area. Track progress, identify deviations from the plan, and agree on the measures needed to correct them. Manage scope changes and assess their impact on timelines, resources, and budget before approval. Establish the project follow-up process: meetings, committees, reporting, owners, and escalation mechanisms. Prepare status reports and clearly communicate progress, risks, issues, and pending decisions. Keep the risk, issue, dependency, and action logs up to date, following through until resolution. Identify potential blockers in advance and coordinate the owners to resolve them. Document agreements and follow up on commitments made by the teams and the client. Coordinate analysis, functional and technical design, configuration, development, and integration activities in line with the project scope. Follow up on designs and the approvals required to move between phases. Coordinate dependencies between teams and systems, identifying in good time any points that could affect the schedule. Maintain an integrated plan for SIT and UAT testing, performance testing, training, and the other activities required for go-live. Coordinate deployment preparation and the transition to operations where applicable. Work with functional and technical leads to resolve issues and maintain the pace of delivery. Track the budget, resource consumption, work completed, and forecast at completion. Identify financial deviations and propose corrective measures. Review cost trends in relation to actual project progress and commitments made. Coordinate with management and the relevant departments to update forecasts and monitor financial and contractual matters. Maintain regular communication with the client about project status, priorities, risks, and decisions required. Manage stakeholder expectations and address deviations or disagreements before they affect delivery. Coordinate the different teams and clarify responsibilities, priorities, and commitment dates. Prepare and lead follow-up meetings, ensuring that decisions are translated into concrete actions. Escalate matters beyond their decision-making authority, providing sufficient information to facilitate resolution.

• At least 5 years of project management experience, preferably in consulting, technology, or digital transformation.
• Experience managing projects with multiple teams, stakeholders, and dependencies, as well as direct responsibility for planning and tracking delivery.
• Experience liaising with clients and managing expectations, issues, and commitments.
• Knowledge of planning, risk management, change control, and budget tracking.
• Familiarity with traditional, agile, or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Experience working with functional and technical teams on analysis, design, development, integration, or testing activities.
• Proficiency with planning and tracking tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, and Excel, or equivalent tools.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in Spanish.
• Professional proficiency in English, especially for working with documentation, teams, or international clients.
• Organization and planning: ability to manage several workstreams, set priorities, and keep commitments under control.
• Leadership: ability to coordinate teams, clarify responsibilities, and ensure agreements are put into practice.
• Client communication: ability to explain complex situations clearly, manage expectations, and handle sensitive matters with sound judgment.
• Problem-solving: practical approach to identifying the causes of blockers, assessing alternatives, and agreeing on solutions.
• Anticipation: ability to identify risks and deviations before they jeopardize project objectives.
• Financial and business judgment: understanding of how scope, planning, and resource decisions affect costs and results.
• Adaptability: ability to work in changing environments and manage competing priorities without losing sight of objectives.

• Experience with ERP implementations, system integration, or technology transformation projects; Previous experience in consulting or in environments serving clients from different sectors; PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or other project management-related certifications
