Responsibilities

Job description

Описание: BETWEEN provides support across areas including Firmware, Software, BI, Design, and Project Management, and develops custom technology solutions through BETWEEN Labs.

Задачи

• Coordinate the service and act as the main point of contact for the client
• Plan and monitor service activities
• Coordinate the project team and stakeholders from participating entities
• Manage project incidents, risks, and dependencies
• Prepare progress reports and executive reporting
• Participate in coordination meetings and review committees
• Supervise the quality of deliverables
• Support the implementation and adoption of the observability and cybersecurity solution
• Coordinate service transition, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement activities

Требования

• University degree or equivalent professional experience in the ICT field
• At least 3 years of professional experience managing, coordinating, or supervising technology projects
• Experience with project office projects, operational deployment management in the last two years, monitoring, ICT infrastructure, or cybersecurity
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and tracking activities
• Ability to communicate with technical and business leads
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and progress documentation
• Catalan certification at C1 level or higher
