Qualifications

• Опыт управления IT-проектами не менее 3 лет.

• Практический опыт в Agile методологиях (Scrum, Kanban).

• At least 3 years of experience in IT Project Management
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or a similar field
• Practical experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Good knowledge of English
• Creating close and empathetic relationships with colleagues, clients and candidates (and not just with technologies, languages and platforms). Team spirit and a good attitude
• Wanting to do more and better. Willingness to exceed expectations and grow personally and professionally
• Energy to make things happen. Showing proactivity and initiative
• Willingness to grow individually and collectively and become an expert in the technology market
• Transparent and honest communication, always with constructive feedback.
