Experis ищетSenior IT Project Manager для стратегического международного проекта в крупной FMCG-компании. Ваша роль — вести глобальные цифровые трансформационные инициативы, взаимодействовать с топ-менеджерами и координировать распределённые команды по странам.

Требуется 8+ лет опыта, владение методологиями PM, PMP/PMBOK/Agile будет плюсом. Роль полностью удалённая, с международной командой и гибкими условиями работы.

Qualifications

• Опыт руководства IT и цифровой трансформацией в многонациональных средах.
• Уровень английского C1 обязателен для коммуникации на международном уровне.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to join a strategic international project for one of the world's leading companies in the FMCG sector. This is a high-visibility position in which you will lead global digital transformation projects, interact with senior stakeholders, and coordinate teams distributed across different countries.

• Lead strategic IT and Digital Transformation projects with an international scope.
• Define the roadmap, scope, planning, milestones, and deliverables for each initiative.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary and multicultural teams distributed across different countries.
• Act as the main point of contact between the business, technology, the end client, and external partners.
• Lead steering committees and executive presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies, ensuring that established objectives are met.
• Oversee the performance of external suppliers, integrators, and development teams.
• Ensure the correct application of project management methodologies adapted to each environment.
• Drive alignment between strategic business objectives and operational execution.
• Proactively identify and resolve blockers, risks, and deviations.
• Ensure the quality of deliverables and the success of global implementations.

Требования:

• More than 8 years of experience leading IT and Digital Transformation projects in multinational environments.
• C1 English level is essential.
• Extensive experience managing highly complex digital projects (Digital Transformation, Cloud, ERP, Migrations, Software Development, etc.).
• Demonstrable experience in international projects with geographically distributed teams.
• End-to-end management of the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Strong ability to manage senior stakeholders and C-Level profiles.
• Experience managing project risks and budgets, and overseeing project financial control.
• Ability to coordinate suppliers, technology partners, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of PMP, PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile, or hybrid methodologies.
• C1 English or higher.
