Position Summary

The Project Manager supports the achievement of company goals through exceptional service, aligning with Hiller’s vision, mission, purpose, and values.

Responsibilities
  • Create positive customer experiences
  • Follow-up on sales leads
  • Educate customers on services
  • Recommend solutions and handle objections
  • Demonstrate technical expertise
  • Evaluate client homes and perform engineering analyses
  • Write and present proposals
  • Negotiate, close sales, and process paperwork
  • Manage performance metrics
  • Remain accessible by phone
  • Participate in training
  • Maintain professionalism and safety standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years sales experience, industry preferred
  • High school diploma or GED; associate degree preferred
  • Knowledge of industry equipment and practices
  • Experience in service agreement sales and estimating
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver’s license
