Who Should Apply

This opportunity is ideal for a construction professional who wants more than just a job. We are looking for a leader who takes ownership, embraces accountability, and approaches each project as if it were their own business. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and takes pride in delivering exceptional results for clients and project teams.

You should apply if you:
  • Take personal responsibility for project outcomes.
  • Enjoy leading teams and driving accountability.
  • Understand that profitability, schedule, and client satisfaction are equally important.
  • Are proactive rather than reactive.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams.

  • Want to be part of a growing company where your contributions directly impact the success of the organization.
  • Are interested in growing into Senior Project Manager, Construction Manager, or Director-level leadership positions.
Who Should Not Apply

This position is not a fit for individuals who prefer to simply administer paperwork or wait for direction. We are not looking for someone who blames others for project challenges, avoids difficult conversations, or struggles with accountability. • Avoid making decisions or taking initiative.
  • View project management as primarily an administrative role.
  • Are uncomfortable being accountable for financial performance.
  • Struggle to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resist technology, innovation, or process improvement.
  • Are not committed to providing an exceptional client experience.
What We Offer

At Level 3 Construction, high performers are given the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, take ownership of major projects, and grow alongside a company with ambitious goals. We believe in rewarding results, developing leaders from within, and creating an environment where talented people can build long-term careers.
