Knowtion Health is seeking an Assistant Director, Global Service Delivery to lead offshore subcontractor partnerships, acting as the primary liaison to ensure timely access to required systems and delivery excellence.

This role requires establishing KPIs/SLAs, building dashboards, and driving performance improvements across offshore teams, while coordinating with onshore leadership and cross‑functional partners.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• 3–4 years of experience working with a global customer or partner.
• 6–8 years of experience working within a Revenue Cycle Management environment.
• Background in Revenue Cycle Management strongly preferred.
• Comfortable presenting on camera and communicating with onshore and offshore executive teams.

• At least 3–4 years of experience working with a global customer or partner required.


• At least 6-8 years of experience working within a Revenue Cyle Management environment.

• Comfortable presenting on camera and communicating with onshore and offshore executive teams.
