Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple small-to-medium projects from initiation through completion.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements.
  • Track project risks, issues, dependencies, KPIs, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate business, technical, vendor, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Gather and document business requirements and develop end-to-end process flows.
  • Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
  • Build business cases and support value realization for process improvement initiatives.
  • Facilitate meetings and maintain status reports, action items, decisions, and project documentation.
  • Provide project updates and recommendations to management and executive stakeholders.
  • Support technology implementations and serve as a liaison between users and application providers.
  • Develop user guides, process documentation, and training materials.

Job description

Project Manager III – Process Improvement & Technology Enablement
Schedule: Hybrid – 1 day onsite per week (currently Wednesday; subject to change)
Hours: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Duration: 2-Year W-2 Assignment
Pay Rate: $75–80/hour
Conversion: No planned FTE conversion
Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple projects focused on business process improvement, operational efficiency, and technology enablement. This role will manage projects from planning through completion while coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, tracking deliverables, and identifying opportunities to improve processes through technology and automation.
